GMC Trains Staff for Upcoming Housing Census

Guwahati: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has completed the first phase of training for enumerators and supervisors ahead of the Houselisting and Housing Census. The programme was held at BRM Government Law College in Panjabari to strengthen field-level preparedness.

The training focused on enumeration procedures, documentation and operational guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient data collection. GMC said the initiative is aimed at ensuring the smooth and systematic conduct of the upcoming Census exercise.
