NFR Cancels, Reschedules Trains Amid Restoration Work

The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has cancelled and rescheduled several trains following track settlement near New Harangajao station on the Lumding–Badarpur Hill Section.

The Guwahati–Silchar Express and its return service have been cancelled, while several trains including Narangi–Agartala, Guwahati–Sairang and Rangiya–Silchar Expresses have been rescheduled. The Deoghar–Agartala Express has also been regulated en route.

Train movement is continuing through Line 3 with enhanced safety measures as restoration work remains underway.
