Basistha Police Arrest Man in IMFL Seizure

GUWAHATI: Basistha Police arrested 38-year-old Mantu Boro during a raid at a suspected liquor hideout in Bakrapara Bengali Basti. Police recovered several bottles of illegal Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) from the spot.

The seizure included six bottles of All Season, 21 bottles of McDowell’s No. 1, 11 bottles of AC Black and two bottles of Magic Moment, all in 180-ml bottles. The recovered liquor was subsequently handed over to the Excise Department for necessary action.
