Kiren Rijiju Says Border Areas Now a Top Priority

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said border areas, allegedly neglected in the past, are now a top priority for the Narendra Modi government. He said he visited Maza, Galemo and Taksing to speed up infrastructure development.

Rijiju also rejected claims of Chinese troops penetrating 60 km into Arunachal Pradesh, calling them false, and assured that the government would protect Indian territory while addressing concerns of local residents.
