Zubeen Garg Death Case: Singapore-Based Assamese Testifies in Guwahati

Guwahati: Parikshit Sharma, an Assamese resident of Singapore who was present at the yacht gathering linked to singer Zubeen Garg’s death, appeared before the fast-track court on September 2. Sharma recorded his statement as PW-115 in the ongoing case and has been asked to return for further cross-examination.

Sharma, a member of the Assam Association, Singapore, said he has full faith in the justice system and that he would continue cooperating with the investigation. He had earlier deposed before the state-formed SIT in October 2025. Other Assamese residents of Singapore who were present at the yacht event are also expected to appear before the court.
