Rahul Gandhi Accuses Modi, Shah Amid Tata Group Leadership Dispute

New Delhi: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday alleged that the Tata Group was being “criminally destroyed” and criticised business leaders for remaining silent. In a post on X, he also targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, accusing them of treating Indian businesses as their personal property.
His remarks came amid an escalating dispute between Tata Trusts and Tata Sons over the reappointment of N. Chandrasekaran as chairman. Tata Trusts Chairman Noel Tata has challenged the validity of the decision, raising concerns over procedural irregularities. No immediate response was reported from the government or Tata Group.
