AAP Leaders in Assam Resign, Join BJP Ahead of Lok Sabha Polls

Vice president and state spokesperson of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Assam, Jitul Deka, along with state spokesperson Susanta Kumar Nath, resigned from the party ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Citing dissatisfaction with the national and state party leadership, they handed over their resignations and subsequently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). This move marks a significant shift in political allegiances in the state.
