Activist Flags Illegal Mass Fishing in Kaziranga

Wildlife activist Rohit Choudhury has urged the MoEFCC to act against illegal mass fishing inside Kaziranga National Park during Magh Bihu. He alleged thousands enter the park every January with full knowledge of civil, police, and forest authorities, violating the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. Choudhury accused officials of ignoring the issue and termed it dereliction of duty.
