African Swine Fever Worsens in Darrang; Over 300 Cases Reported

African Swine Fever has intensified in Darrang district, with over 300 confirmed cases reported. More than 200 pigs have been culled in the past two days, including 150 in Burha and nearby areas under Pathorighat circle. On Monday, 70 pigs from three farms in Chapai Medhipara under Mangaldai circle were also culled as per protocol. Authorities warn the numbers may rise further.
