Ashmita Paul, a self-defense instructor, is honoured at Dispur College in Guwahati

Ashmita Paul, a self-defense instructor, received recognition from the Kamrup (M) District Social Welfare Officer in Guwahati for her exceptional work in empowering girls via self-defense instruction. Officials and local residents attended the ceremony, which was held on Tuesday at Dispur College in Guwahati. Ashmita Paul is a Royal Global University student and a gold medallist in karate internationally.
