Assam Battles Climate Extremes: Floods Devastate Upper Assam, Drought Hits Lower Regions

Assam is facing a dual climate crisis, with Lower Assam reeling from drought and Upper Assam, especially Jorhat’s Titabor subdivision, submerged by floods.
