Assam CM Hints at UCC Implementation, Talks with ULFA Ongoing

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma praised Uttarakhand for implementing the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and indicated Assam would follow soon.

On ULFA talks, he confirmed ongoing communication with Paresh Baruah but cited constitutional hurdles in meeting their demands.
