Assam Congress to Train 28,800 Booth Agents Ahead of 2026 Polls

APCC chief Gaurav Gogoi said Assam Congress will train 28,800 booth agents to prevent electoral malpractice in the 2026 Assembly polls. Training camps begin August 14 and end August 31 with a meeting in Dibrugarh. The party plans to strengthen grassroots networks and explore alliances before the elections.
