Assam Govt Faces Backlash Over HS Exam Paper Leak

Several student organisations have condemned the Assam government over alleged question paper leaks in the HS first-year exams, demanding a thorough investigation, Education Minister Ranoj Pegu’s resignation, and the suspension of ASSEB chairman RC Jain. Following leaks in Mathematics and Economics papers, ASSEB cancelled the remaining exams. AASU, NSUI, SFI, and SMSS criticised the government’s failure to prevent such incidents, calling it a recurring issue.
