Assam Govt Transfers ACS Officer & Police Inspectors

The Assam Government transferred Dr. Neel Harit Kausik from Election Officer, Tamulpur, to Deputy Director of Sports & Youth Welfare for public service reasons. The order was signed on February 6, 2025.

Meanwhile, the Assam Police transferred several Inspectors to new postings. Manuj Borah is now the Officer-in-Charge of Sonapur Police Station, while Kapil Pathak took charge at Basistha Police Station. Other officers were reassigned to stations including Panbazar, Dispur, Chandmari, and Gorchuk, with immediate joining orders.
