Assam HS Results 2026 to Be Declared on April 28

Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday announced that the Assam Higher Secondary (HS) or Class 12 examination results will be declared on April 28, 2026.

The clarification came after a fake notice claiming the results would be released on April 24 went viral on social media. The Assam State School Education Board had earlier dismissed the notice as false.

Over 3 lakh students appeared for the HS examinations held from February 13 to March 17 across Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational streams.
