Assam, Medanta Sign MoU for Robotic Surgery Centre at GMCH

Guwahati: The Assam Government and Medanta have signed an MoU to establish a Centre of Excellence in Robotic Surgery at Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH).

The partnership will focus on advanced surgical technology, specialist training, knowledge sharing and capacity building. A detailed implementation plan is expected within 30 days, with the centre aimed at expanding robotic surgery across multiple departments.
