Assam Police Arrests Driver in Guwahati Hit-and-Run Case
Basistha Police arrested Bisesh Singhal for the hit-and-run that killed senior officer Birinchi Kumar Das in Guwahati’s Lalmati area. The accident occurred when a speeding Swift car (AS 01 AY 9101) hit Das’ scooter. The driver fled but was later caught in Christian Basti.
