Assam Pushes Back 20 Alleged Bangladeshi Nationals: CM

Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday said Assam carried out an overnight operation in which 20 alleged illegal Bangladeshi nationals were pushed back across the border.

The Chief Minister said the state will continue strict action against infiltration and maintain enforcement measures along the international border. Officials have not yet released further details about the operation.
