Assam Schools Directed to Ensure Participation in Kala Utsav 2025-26

Samagra Shiksha Assam has asked all districts to ensure active participation of secondary schools in Kala Utsav 2025-26, a national cultural competition. District-level contests must be held on August 27–28, with winning entries submitted by September 30. The event includes 12 categories such as music, dance, theatre, visual arts, crafts, and storytelling. Previous national winners are barred from repeating in the same art form. Each district must submit entries in all categories to showcase Assam’s talent.
