Assam STF Seizes Heroin Worth Rs. 12 Crore, Arrests Two Peddlers in Guwahati Operation

The Special Task Force (STF) of Assam executed a successful operation in Guwahati, seizing heroin valued at Rs. 12 crore and apprehending two drug peddlers. The STF intercepted a vehicle in the Khanapara area based on specific inputs, leading to the discovery of a significant amount of heroin weighing approximately 1.5 kilograms. The arrested individuals, Jamal Ali and Salimuddin of Goroimari, are currently undergoing legal proceedings.
