Assam Targets ₹10,000 Crore in Agri Exports by 2026-27

Agriculture Minister Atul Bora said Assam’s agricultural exports are projected to reach ₹10,000 crore by 2026-27, up from ₹4,000 crore in 2022-23. Visiting Janaki Krishi Farm in Jorhat, he praised its advanced farming model and stressed the need for commercially viable agriculture to boost farmers’ income and the state’s GDP.
