Assamese Language to Join BharatGen Under Digitizing Assam Project

The Nanda Talukdar Foundation signed an MoU with IIT Mumbai’s BharatGen project to include the Assamese language as its 10th supported language. Part of the Digitizing Assam initiative, this step aims to strengthen Assamese in the digital space. Over two million rare Assamese texts have already been digitized under the project.
