Assam’s Infrastructure Gets Green Light as NBWL Approves Key Projects Near Kaziranga National Park
In a noteworthy development, the National Board for Wildlife (NBWL) has granted approval for five crucial projects in Assam, marking a significant step forward for the state’s infrastructure. The approved projects include an elevated corridor near Kaziranga National Park, the Guwahati Ring Road project, Narengi – Kurua Bridge, Deepar Beel Railway Elevated Corridor, Deepar Beel Elevated Railway Corridor, and the Chapaguri to Amteka Assam Mala project road extending up to the Bhutan border. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expressed his gratitude, highlighting the importance of this approval by the apex wildlife-related body in India for the state’s development.
