Bajali Administration Reclaims Encroached Land of Gopal Ata Satra

On Monday, the Bajali administration conducted another eviction drive to clear encroached land belonging to the revered Gopal Ata Satra in Bhawanipur. Despite previous government efforts to remove encroachments, individuals had reoccupied the land and begun farming. During the operation, the administration successfully reclaimed 33 bighas of land. The drive was led by the Executive Magistrate and Additional Commissioner, with police support, using tractors and JCBs to clear the area. The administration had previously freed the land from encroachment a year ago, but it had been reoccupied by suspicious individuals, prompting public complaints and further action.
