Bank Employee Attacked, Robbed in Nagaon Daylight Heist

A gang of four dacoits attacked Bandhan Bank employee Banamali Chandra in Nagaon’s Islampatty area today. Chandra, en route to deposit cash at the Haibargaon branch, was struck with sharp weapons, severing his hand. The robbers fled with a large sum of money, threatening locals at gunpoint. Chandra was hospitalized, and police are investigating.
