BJP Highlights Rural Development, Ideological Goals Ahead of Assam Panchayat Polls

Ahead of the May 2 and 7 Assam panchayat polls, BJP is spotlighting NDA’s achievements and four core principles — Gramodaya, Sarvodaya, Antyodaya, and Rashtrodaya. State BJP spokesperson Manoj Baruah said the campaign, led by CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and State president Dilip Saikia, has received an overwhelming response. The party has set up district-level coordination with allies AGP and Rabha Hasong Joutha Sangram Samiti. Baruah highlighted rural progress under BJP, citing improved PMAY implementation and better paddy procurement. The party aims to win all AP and ZP seats.
