Body of Married Woman Found in Pond Sparks Suspicion in Nagaon

Sensation prevailed in Assam’s Nagaon district after the body of a married woman was recovered from a pond under mysterious circumstances on Friday night. The incident occurred in the Kathalguri area under Juria Police Station. Relatives of the deceased have expressed doubts about the cause of death.

Police arrived at the scene, took the body into custody, and sent it to Nagaon Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination. An investigation into the incident has been initiated, with police stating that the case will proceed based on the post-mortem report.
