Books Donated by West Guwahati College of Education in City

North Guwahati’s Saru Chandra village has been adopted by the West Guwahati College of Education (WGCE). Arranging a reading skills awareness campaign for 106 students at Saru Chandra L.P. School was one of the year’s main initiatives. Little children can develop a love of reading by using the Assamese-language books, almirah, and atlas that the college has just donated. Speaking to the parents of the school, the college principal discussed the obligations parents have to their minor children. In a press release, it was stated that she also urged the parents to establish a reading environment at home by allowing them to check out books from the school library.
