Tensions Rise in Tinsukia Over Power Outages

Residents of Kumsai panchayat in Assam’s Tinsukia district gathered at the Lekhapani Thermal on Thursday due to a prolonged power outage. Frustrated with no electricity for days, they sought answers but were met with threats from control room staff. Attempts to contact the local J.E. were also unsuccessful. Rising temperatures have exacerbated the situation for the residents.
