BTR Chief and BJP Leaders Rally Boros for Support in Sonitpur

BTR Chief Pramod Boro, along with BJP leaders, intensified election campaigning in the Northern Belt of the 11-No Sonitpur Lok Sabha Constituency, targeting the Boro community. Addressing public meetings in Sonitpur and Biswanath Districts, Boro urged Boros to vote for BJP’s candidate Ranjit Dutta for the comprehensive development of the Boro society. Highlighting the BJP-UPPL’s commitment to Boro welfare, Boro credited the BJP regime for bringing peace and development to the region, citing initiatives like the BTR agreement. Cabinet Minister Ashok Singhal echoed Boro’s sentiments, emphasizing BJP’s pro-ethnic community policies and promising modern facilities for the region. ABSU President Dipen Boro also appealed to Boros to vote for BJP, acknowledging the government’s efforts in addressing long-pending Boro issues.
