Chief Justice Inaugurates Crèche at Mizoram Bench

Chief Justice Vijay Bishnoi of the Gauhati High Court inaugurated a crèche at the Mizoram Bench, supporting working mothers and promoting economic growth. The facility, designed for children aged six months to six years, offers a safe environment and aligns with the Maternity Benefit Act. Linked with Anganwadi centres, it provides meals, health services, and early education. The initiative, part of broader efforts to boost female workforce participation, was attended by Justices Michael Zothankhuma, Kaushik Goswami, and other officials.
