Class 11 Student Attacked by Peers at Jorhat School

A Class 11 student at Dahotiya Higher Secondary School, Jorhat, was brutally attacked by three classmates with a sharp object on Wednesday. He sustained severe head and chest injuries and is currently receiving treatment.

One suspect has been detained, while the motive remains unclear. The assault occurred when no teachers were present. This incident follows a similar attack in Sipajhar, raising concerns over student safety in Assam schools.
