CM Lays Foundation for Four Flyovers in Dibrugarh

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma laid foundation stones for four flyovers in Dibrugarh, aiming to boost infrastructure. The projects include Amolapatty Chariali (1,479m, ₹158 crore), Mancotta Road (814m, ₹84 crore), Lahowal-Bordubi-Tinsukia Road (1,486m, ₹72 crore), and Lezai Kalakhowa Road (651m, ₹62 crore). Sarma reiterated plans to make Dibrugarh Assam’s second capital. The event saw attendance from ministers and MLAs. Later, he visited the third Tai Ethnic Festival in Tengakhat, praising the rich cultural heritage of the Tai communities.
