Congress Gears Up for BTC Polls with Grassroots Strategy

Ahead of the BTC elections in September, APCC president Gaurav Gogoi chaired a review meeting in Guwahati. He announced that 75–80 observers will gather ground-level feedback across BTR. Gogoi stressed on grassroots presence, criticised poor road conditions in BTR, and accused the government of urban bias. The Congress has finalised its candidates and aims to offer a strong alternative.
