Congress Samay Paribartan Yatra Blocked in Sonitpur, BJP Workers Protest

The Samay Paribartan Yatra of the Assam Pradesh Congress was disrupted on Saturday after the convoy of senior leader Gaurav Gogoi was stopped at Bordubia in Sonitpur district. BJP workers blocked the National Highway, raised slogans, and halted traffic, creating a tense situation.

Congress leaders alleged attempts to intimidate and derail the yatra, calling it a politically motivated obstruction of a peaceful public outreach programme.
