Court Allows Document Inspection, Reserves Orders in Zubeen Garg Murder Case

The District and Sessions Court granted the defence three days to inspect case documents within the court premises in the Zubeen Garg murder case, while reserving orders on other petitions. The defence raised concerns over incomplete document supply, freezing of bank accounts, and seizure of a plant, which were opposed by the prosecution. The court fixed February 16 for the next hearing, when objections will be heard and orders passed. Family members of the victim sought a speedy and fair trial.
