Darrang District Releases Final Voter List for 2025

The Darrang district administration released the final voter list for Sipajhar, Mangaldai, and Dalgaon constituencies, totaling 7,25,517 voters. The list, with a base date of January 1, 2025, includes 365,872 male and 359,627 female voters, along with 18 transgender voters. Dalgaon has the highest voter count at 3.15 lakh, followed by Mangaldai (2,91,917) and Sipajhar (28,535). This year, 9,108 new voters were added, while 4,291 were removed. District Commissioner Parag Kumar Kakaty announced the list in the presence of political representatives and journalists.
