Darrang Police Arrest Three in Child Trafficking Case

Darrang Police arrested three individuals in connection with the trafficking of a two-and-a-half-year-old boy. The child was rescued and kept in a One Stop Centre in Mangaldoi. Nayanjyoti Kashyap sold the child to Parimal Mandal for Rs 30,000 with help from Parimal Roy. The three accused were remanded to judicial custody, and the District Child Welfare Committee is deciding the child’s best interest.
