Disaster Management Training Held at Gauhati University

Gauhati University organised a disaster management training programme in collaboration with the National Disaster Response Force at its campus to promote awareness on disaster preparedness and emergency response.

Around 250 students participated in the programme, where NDRF officials conducted hands-on training on rescue operations, safety measures and disaster response techniques. The session was led by Inspector Mehta Kumar Singh and his team from NDRF Guwahati.
