Panic in Dergaon After Wild Bear Enters Residential Areas

Fear spread across the Chokial area of Dergaon after a wild bear was spotted roaming through residential localities, including Chokial, Nathgaon and Kumar Gaon, on Saturday night.

The bear was reportedly searching for food inside house premises, and the incident was captured on CCTV. Following complaints from residents, forest officials led by the Dergaon Range Forest Officer launched a search operation in the area.
