Dispur College Stages “Karengar Ligiri” at Hojai Drama Festival

Dispur College Dramatic Society performed Jyotiprasad Agarwalla’s classic play Karengar Ligiri at Hojai’s first bilingual drama festival. Directed by Manik Ahmed, the play marked the group’s third performance of the nearly century-old drama. Faculty Pallabi Kashyap and Rashmi Barman led the team. Prominent Assamese figures were felicitated, and actress Mamoni Kaur received the “Natyo Silpi Bokul Borah Memorial Award.”
