Down Town School in Guwahati hosted an art exhibition for a noble cause

On Saturday, Down Town School in Guwahati hosted an art exhibition. Through their projects for the exhibitions, students from Junior Kindergarten through Class VII demonstrated their creative thinking. The distinguished Chief Guest, Ratul Chandra Gogoi, a sculpture lecturer at the Government College of Art and Crafts in Assam, was present to grace the occasion.

The students’ miniature canvases, which were for sale, were the event’s main attraction. The money raised will be donated for a worthy cause by the school. The money raised will be given to Sahayika, a non-governmental organisation that assists parents of children with disabilities. According to a press release, the goal is to keep using the power of art to inspire and uplift one another.
