E-Rickshaw Driver Foiled in Abduction Attempt During Bihu Festivities in Guwahati

Amidst Bihu celebrations, a shocking incident occurred when an e-rickshaw driver attempted to abduct a minor girl in Guwahati. The girl, en route to her Bihu performance, was taken off course by the driver, Dipu Rabha, who was apprehended by locals after the girl raised an alarm and managed to escape. The incident was reported to Chandmari police station.
