ECI Deploys Observers in Kamrup Metro for Assam Elections

The Election Commission of India has appointed a team of observers in Kamrup Metropolitan district for the 2026 Assam Assembly elections. This includes two general observers, two expenditure observers, and one police observer.

All officials have assumed duty in Guwahati to ensure smooth, fair, and transparent polls. The public can also report election-related issues through dedicated contact numbers.
