Farmers’ Awareness Programme on Agrometeorological Services Held in Boko
The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Guwahati, organized a Farmers’ Awareness Programme on Agrometeorological Services in Boko on January 22. Farmers interacted with meteorologists and learned about weather-based agro advisory services, apps like Meghdoot and Damini, and AAS bulletins. Scientists highlighted the role of agromet advisories in boosting crop production and provided hands-on training.
