Fatal Collision Claims One, Leaves Another Critical in Sonitpur, Assam

Tragedy struck in Jamugurihat, Sonitpur district, Assam, as a horrific collision between a truck and a Yamaha bike resulted in the death of the rider, identified as Rekib Ali, and critical injuries to the pillion rider, Jeherul Islam. The incident occurred in Chokighat, where the bike collided with the truck while both vehicles were heading towards Tezpur. Rekib Ali succumbed to his injuries on the spot, while Jeherul Islam was rushed to Tezpur for advanced medical care.
