Financial Literacy Awareness Meet Held at Lakhimpur Commerce College

Lakhimpur Commerce College hosted a financial literacy awareness meeting organized by the Centre for Financial Literacy, Lakhimpur Block, in collaboration with Punjab National Bank, NABARD, Crisil Foundation, and the Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC) of the college. Dr. Lohit Hazarika, the college Principal, chaired the event, with Runjun Baruah explaining its objectives. Guests of honor included Madhab Saikia from Punjab National Bank, Amlan Ranjan Tamuli from NABARD-Lakhimpur, and Migam Doley. Madhumita Konwar, an alumni and Centre Manager, spoke about digital fraud, while Uddipana Saikia and Juktashree Saikia addressed savings, investment, and digital banking, respectively. Vice Principal Sazzad Hussain, IQAC Coordinator Dr. Dadul Rajkonwar, along with teachers and students, also attended the meeting.
