Fire at Dhekiajuli’s Superintendent of Taxes Office

Early Sunday morning, a severe fire broke out at the Superintendent of Taxes office in Dhekiajuli, Assam, destroying documents and equipment. The blaze started around 4 AM on the office’s second floor in a four-storey building. Local residents suspect arson, but the fire brigade extinguished the flames before they spread further. No casualties were reported.
