Rising Cases of Encephalitis and Dengue in Golaghat District

Golaghat district has reported 55 cases of Japanese encephalitis, dengue, and malaria. Since January, nine cases of Japanese encephalitis and 25 cases of dengue have been identified, with all dengue patients now recovered. These diseases have particularly affected Sarupathar, Morangi, Kamarbandha Ali, and Charingia areas. The rise in cases follows recent floods in the region.
